Calgary Promotional Products is seeking the right person to join our Inside Sales Team in Calgary, AB. Our reps are not order takers – they are smart individuals who apply their own drive and enthusiasm to make our clients happy. Our unique marketing system requires them to respond to incoming calls and email enquiries. Some outside calls are required from time to time, so a car is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Work with our clients in an enthusiastic, assertive, caring and helpful manner.
• Handle our incoming leads from a variety of sources.
• Make contact with leads, qualify and close them.
• Build rapport with clients and follow our sales and relationship strategies.
• Seek to understand client’s current and future branding/promotional product needs.
• Send samples; source items and prepare quotes using SAGE Online
• Place orders precisely to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Recommend product, evaluate artwork, design imprint layout.


Qualifications:
•3-5 years promotional products sales experience.
• Excellent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of enthusiasm, high-energy, intelligence and ability to learn.
• Very strong computer skills including SAGE Online. General Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong consideration will be given to individuals with graphic design skills and experience with Corel Draw and Adobe Suite.
